Lila Walker, Chief Operating Officer
Lila is charged with overseeing and managing all manufacturing/production operations as well as the day to day administrative operations of the Company. Prior to joining Nook she was in the commercial real estate industry where she was Vice President of Operations for a national-scope company, and where she also managed a sales team which raised $270M in equity in 2007. Lila holds her MBA, with a Finance Emphasis from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration also from Loyola.

Jamie Boyakin, Business Development Director
Jamie Boyakin was raised in Clovis, California, a suburb of Fresno, California, where she studied at The University of Fresno State and obtained a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She has utilized her degree within the legal industry for the last 8 years while working at two top level law firms. Jamie resides in Hermosa Beach, where she enjoys running on the strand, spending time with her Golden Retriever, and sun filled days on the beach with family and friends.

Doug Johnston, Chief Executive Officer
Doug balances the day-to-day business of Nook with teaching his 6 year-old daughter and her friends how to play basketball. Doug is one of the eight original 'Founding Fathers' of Platinum Equity, LLC, a global mergers and acquisitions company that was ranked as the largest private company in Los Angeles. He was also the youngest bank President in Texas in a start-up bank that set every known record for size, growth and profitability, results he is committed to creating for Nook Sleep Systems.
