What is the warranty on the Pebble Wrap? 

  • Nook offers a 2-year Limited Warranty on the Pebble Wrap from date of purchase with proof of purchase. 


What is the warranty on the Change Pad?

  • Nook offers a 1-year Limited Warranty on the Pebble Change Pad from date of purchase with proof of purchase.


What is the warranty on the LilyPad, Niche and Lounger?

  • Nook offers a 180-day Limited Warranty on the LilyPad, Niche and Lounger from date of purchase with proof of purchase.


Under what circumstances would a warranty not apply when within the Warranty Window and Proof of Purchase is provided? 

  • In the instance where a product was purchased as a Final Sale, Floor Model, Deep Discount, Flash Sale or as a resold/return to stock item, Nook will not cover under warranty for the condition at time of purchase is unknown.
